This Hobbit Summer Delight dress was made in just 3 days, for an adventure with friends in the forests of Pennslyvania. 

Made with 5 yards of red cotton with floral and leafy print, cartridge pleated to the corseted bodice made from a heavyweight yellow striped cotton, with cornflower detailing.

Each item was custom drafted and designed taking inspiration directly from the Lord of the Rings trilogy as well as traditional German Folk dirndls. 

Capturing the heartiness of the Hobbiton way with a simple apron and single ribbon to tame the mess of golden curls, a darling puffed sleeve shirt, and delicately laced bloomers, this ensemble captures the simple beauty one can find in the forests and rolling hills of the Shire. 

Be fair warned, ye travelers from afar, Rosie Cotton is ready to join a party of adventurers to reclaim their dwarven kingdom, slay dragons, fight orcs, and battle on the great slopes of Mount Doom.
